Look your Dad's boat was lowering the tone of the neighbourhood lowering both boat and property prices, someone had to say something. Anyway look how much he got for it and all because he was embarrassed into cleaning it. If he had an ounce of decency he would buy me a bottle for forcing his hand ;-)
