trim tabs

I want to fit fixed Trim Tabs to my Seamaster 30, just to keep the nose down when cruising. Can anyone suggest the angle of tabs to hull and is this critical as I will only be doing around 9kts?

9 knots on a 30ft boat will inevitably be "uphill". About the least efficiency and maximum wash generation.
