In my experience, use epoxy or don't do it at all. I once used contact cement and had to rip the whole lot off again. Water can get under the treadmaster and when the sun heats it up the treadmaster blisters. Since that nasty experience I have done two decks the right way with excellent results.
Either do the job properly and with the correct glue or not at all.
badly applied Treadmaster is a nightmare when as sections start to lift. and either you or some poor un-suspecting soul will have many miserable hours correcting the mess
