Transfer of DEKPA

Hi Guys

I recently purchased the new DEKPA but it looks as if my yacht may shortly have a new owner.

Will he have to have a brand new DEKPA or is it possible to just change the owner/skipper's name for a lesser fee?

When we bought our boat in Preveza a few years ago we were told that as new owners we must have a new (i.e old type) DEKPA and duly bought one.

On reflection, this information had no great provenance as it came from the port police.
