No. Long retired academic. Reasonable background in legal studies and used to be responsible for managing a Masters degree in Maritime Management so needed a reasonable amount of background knowledge. also bought and operated a charter boat in Greece which I then took private and sailed back to UK so had to deal with many of those issues personally. Keeping up to date helps stopping the brain from ossifying!
