I'm looking for a decent 2nd hand trailer for a 23ft deep-v boat weighing approx 2 tonnes max. Anyone know of a web-site to search that has trailers for sail ?

I tried looking for the same, all I turned up were overpriced or not worth the time to make them roadworthy.
Give SBS trailers a call, they made an excellent trailer brand new 2ton for £2000.
R4/2500B.
The trailer was also extended by 1foot to allow for the anchor platform.
From placing an order it took four weeks to get it.
I tried many other manufacturers but found they were in some cases 50% more!
There no' is 01902 453760.

Had 2 SBS trailers, both excellent, at present for 24ft. Rollers will make it so much easier or load on and off (2 tonnes is quite heavy to pull onto a trailer), but think it will be a bit more than you have budgeted. Just a word of caution on second hand... there are some USA trailers here, but they do not usually fit Uk specs (whatever the seller says). Was quoted £1500 to address one, so be warned. And if you want to find out quite what the UK law is, good luck ! Width and brakes mainly, but theres a load on A-frame measurements, overhang etc. At least SBS will build you a legal one !
