trailer merryfisher 925?

Thinking,, is it possible to 'drive' a merryfisher shaft drive onto a trailer fron the water and is it possible to launch a shaft drive from a trailer. I have had a think about this as it would be cheaper than a crane and more convienent to inspect the bottom of the boat. Thanks in advance, unfortunately i think i know the answer!

It's very possible, but you are nuts even considering it!

It's 32' loa. Just get it lifted like everyone else.

Would have thought the length would stop you getting it up onto a trailer, but if you try it, you might be able to sell tickets!

Depends on the age, only the later ones have a skeg, the older ones haven't so don't like being dried out.
