I wont be there last weekend in July either. Have chartered a boat in Croatia. Can leave the keys under the mat 'money? And Antibes-St Trop is only an hour and a quarter, taking it leisurely.

Will do. I've actually rented a sailboat, 40foot Jeanneau or Beneteau (can't remeber which) on a one way charter - start in Split and finish in Dubrovnik, last week in July. Alas we will miss all the northern islands, but only got one week. Will post pix. I too am sussing it out for a mobo season there. I hear there's lots of admin/red tape hassle too (see current MBY) so I'll see what's what on that front... But I'm expecting lots of beautiful quiet turquoise anchorages
