Anyone with experience of Totland bay in the current north easterlies as we are keen to get a really stupidly early start to the west tomorrow morning .

I often anchor in Totland Bay and love it there. Trip ashore to the pub or walk to The Hut in the next bay or up the hill to the fish & chip shop.
It is exposed to NE and can get a little unsettled in there but the winds do look very light for tomorrow so I would have thought you should be ok. Alternatively you could go around to Alumn Bay which may be a little more protected from the E.

I would have thought it would be OK in Totland Bay tonight but I have had bad tidal swell experiences in Alumn Bay on flat calm days.
