I think the Awlgrip guide (as mentioned at the top by pvb) is a good starting point. I am being lent the real deal on Saturday but in the meantime a scanned version suggests that there are some warmer colours in row 2. Row 1 is too blue/grey but off white and oyster white might be good.

Unless you have professional colour matching equipment, a scanned chart may be substantially different to the original chart. And if you print it, it will be even further off. Been there, done that!
Colour matching in digital media is a black art, requiring the sacrifice of inexperienced young persons at midnight. And even then, it will be close but not dead on - different types of device have different colour gamuts and models, so exact matches may not be obtainable. Notably, the match between a screen (emissive colour) and a printer (reflective colour) can never be exact - there are colours in one that are inaccessible on the other.
