Tohatsu 5 Remote tank conversion

I’ve got a Tohatsu 5hp outboard with integral fuel tank, is it possible to convert this to a remote tank?

I've got the 3.5 HP version - I'm sure there was an external tank option from Tohatsu for all their range.
