I give up! Does anyone know of a reliable source of tinned copper twin core cable? I've searched the RS website (and many others) but to no avail.

I bought mine from Index Marine. No problems. Quantity discounts start at 50m if I remember correctly. (All their cable is US imported I think!)

Many thanks for the speedy replies. An excellent website and they're going to be at the Boat Show - more to carry home!

If you know a company who deals with Farnell in Leeds (suppliers of electronics and electrical bits to the trade) they have some at very good prices.

Oslo calling !

I am also to rewire our 32 feet sailboat. I have got an offer from Sweden of
ca 1 GBP/m (incl VAT) for a twin tinned maritime cable (2x2,5 mm2) if I buy 100 m. Do you know if this is a good price compared to UK-prices ? Iam also to buy a new 12 V switch panal with 10-12 different lines. Do you know of a good value product and the name of the supplier? I also wonder if I should check the US-market?

I would be happy if you could help me with an answer to these questions.
