Sad to say my wife has not taken to sailing in my lovely Trapper TS240 although she has enjoyed the wide open spaces of the estuaries. So we have decided to move to central France where I shall drown my sorrows in the local grape juice.

I just wanted to say thank you to all who have been so helpful with advice and bits of kit. In particular Full Circle who provided an excellent day's sailing and to Sixpence for the electrical connectors which continue to provide excellent service. And thank you for the warm welcome. I wish I had been able to meet more of you.

I shall be around for a bit longer, cleaning the bird droppings off Jessie in the hope that buyers will be attracted by her pristine decks. Clarke and Carter have her in hand at Burnham on Crouch. So it is not quite a final farewell, mais presque....

Many thanks

Michael

We shall be sorry to see you go Michael, a proper Gent. Saw Jessie on the hard last night, she is looking very clean and tidy. Hope you get a good price for her.

Please feel free to come out with us again, no need to lose touch.
Here is a lttle photo from the day....

Best wishes for the future, there's plenty of large canals in France, maybe a river cruiser might be acceptable to all? Good luck with the yacht sale.
