Throttle control

I have a dolphin petrol engine which had a small (bycicle size) throttle cable. Because of the small cable i can only have a seagul throttle leaver in my cockpit. This is small, fragile and i just know that somebody will stand on it and break it off. What i need is a large (morse type) leaver that can take a very small cbale.

Any ideas...???
