Was this Wednesday by any chance? Two ribs came in from the sea - beautiful day, then we had noisy ribs doing 360's at the sea end of Hamford Water but I guess could be said to be out at sea. Later as we approached the Twizzle/Foundry Reach spit buoy two ribs came planing out from the marina direction & sped up Foundry Reach towards the yacht club. I'm sure it wasn't you though and just the usual nuisance Romford Navy, which thankfully we don't see too much of in the Backwaters.

I have ordered the 3 m Selfi stick and it should arrive soon. I also see you can buy counter weights for the end to help balance. Have you and experience of these
