We used to call that Chinky and Chips in my old university days, often consumed after 10 pints of Sam Smith. Having said that, nothing surprises about our Bouba's culinary tastes. At least it wasnt his usual steak and chips. He certainly doesnt live in the SoF for the local cuisine :D

I felt bad for the fish, truly. A thousand tiny souls sacrificed because I misunderstood the waitress. I tried to offload my guilt onto my dog but the wife said it’s too salty for him

Actually those little fish taste good. You just need to close your eyes when youre putting them in your mouth. Poor dog; he would have loved them

I did try one but it just tasted....fishy.
I thought I was getting fish cake or something, I could have gone for that

What did you expect? That the fish would taste like a Big Mac?
 
For everyone’s information, on Porquerolles masks are to be worn in town (although the uptake is nowhere near 100%).
The public toilets are closed and the public is directed to the boaters facilities and they are on restricted hours (closed lunch time, nighttime etc). But we think this is more to do with the drought

sorry, crappy data connection in the bay I was, moved to the other end of the bay now signal almost useable...

A few comments:
shouldn't have any bread of any sort, fetta cheese should be a big chunk on top, onions are right, should be more tomato chopped thicker, cucamber is right, olives good. I give it a 8/10, and then drop it to 4 with the french fries next to it :p
Judging from the other pic with the burger, you are cheating and I bet this is your wife's food not yours :)

off to have a swim!
