The serious danger of the wrong diesel heater exhaust fitted.

For the boat, I've got perhaps 10 years of service history filed away plus insurance docs, registration docs, etc. all filed.

For the house, I have building regs docs, doors and window guarantees, electrical certificates, etc all filed. Mainly because not having them would add cost and delay when the time comes to sell the house.
I had all my boat service receipts filed in order in ring binder with all other paperwork, Worked in my favour when came to sell boat as they could see exactly what had been done each year, they did not have a survey done based on all the receipts.
recently had new fuse board installed and house wiring checked the certificates are next to the electric meter. It will make selling so much easier.

All my cars I have kept all receipts in order again useful when selling

Also useful when you realise the 3yr old battery you are changing has a 5yr warranty, dig out the original receipt and get my 143 pounds back.

Likewise keep all files. Boat .Vehicles. Property
Sold property recently boiler serviced. electrical survey. glazing guarantees all upgrade invoices history.
5 offers over asking price in 6 days.

No, it isn't that FB page so don't assume...........the clue is not.....oh jeez, here we go again!

Why would you assume I was referring to a site that had the word troubleshooting in it?
I dont see any link correcting my assumption....so which page do you refer to then?
