I have just read that the restaurant now has a Michelin star. Just in case any of you are feeling flush....

That is the main restaurant not the bistro bit. European theme and in my opinion decent food, a bit stuffy but way over the top price wise. We went there last year and food was honestly not that great and it was approaching Waterside Inn prices.

Was there two months ago and didn't think that the prices were THAT bad considering the ambiance, etc.

The Brasserie isn't the Michelin bit is it? If so, I didn't think much of it. By the way, does the Star go if the chef changes?
