I came across some quite entertaining videos from a guy who is crewing on a San Lorenzo (very nice). In one of them he is discussing teak cleaning: https://youtu.be/EYIj5S5UY9c
He is using a product called K2R for small stains and for bigger surfaces washing powder and vinegar for the finish.
I have some pretty big stains from olive oil on my teak (leaking from packaging). I have tried some turpentine (just on the wood) but that did not help enough. Next step I want to try is teak cleaner.
Does anyone have experience with K2R or the washing powder method?
