TCS Chandlery CAUTION?

I ordered an item with TCS Chandlery on Tuesday but received no order confirmation even though the transaction went through on Paypal. Tracked back on my phone to their trading platform which said "Transaction failed" although they've definitely received funds from Paypal. Their website has a Southend number which when dialled comes up with "incorrect number". Web search gives Bournemouth number (office closed, predictably) and also a red "permanently closed" moniker. Following through Paypal process.

Anyone have any other information?

Hopefully it's just a funds transaction issue they can find and correct.

I emailed the guys at TCS to alert them of this thread, had a reply in a few minutes. They are attempting to contact the OP and have posted a reply here, which should show up as soon as it's approved (new account).

I can confirm that the online operation is trading and my item was eventually delivered. Some problems with out of date contact information held by Paypal.

Yes - I used TCS the other day and had a perfectly good service from them.
