TCM\'s night vision..........
No not that TCM....this one.
Never heard of them before, seem a sort of cheap and cheerful brand sold through supermarkets and catalogues.
Saw this today out shopping for £59.95, thought yeah right bound to be a pile of pooh, last time I looked they were quite expensive bits of kit. Still curiosity got the better of me and though what the hell can always take it back.
Well blow me down with a feather, it flipping works great, been stumbling around in the garden tonight and pop it up to your eye and its like daylight. Really trick bit it has an infra red facility thingy for enhancement of the image gathering, flick it on and it can be as black as coal but the image through the lens is as bright as before.
Thought it would be handy coming back in the dark round the calf sound and avoid bumpty bump on the rocks.
One of my better buys /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif mind you ask me where it is in six months time and I'll have forgotten.
