Targa - Oven and Hob

Has anyone in the history of Fairline Targas ever bought a gas bottle and cooked something onboard? From my recent boat viewings it would appear not.

Yep, we did with the T37, and we do very occasionally cook on board the T40 albeit with an induction, rather than gas hob.

Mine was all electric. Pretty much all med spec boats will be induction is better than gas to cook on.

Yes. We use ours a fair bit. All works pretty well.

All the time works very well T39. Also use a Remoska last couple of years

I wouldn't do it! I'd rather have a Cobb cooker on deck.

On a calm day it's magnificent to just slowly cruise along (displacement speed obviously) cooking and watching the scenery change. In a galley up boat that is. So buying a galley down boat is something I would never do.
