A friend has a new-ish to them FL Targa 29 with KAD32s, which recently went back in the water for the season. She's relatively empty of their own kit, but with half fuel and full water (calorifier also filled) does have a pronounced list to starboard.
If I stand and lean out over the port side I can correct the list (16ish stone
) but they are wondering if this is standard for the model (I'm aware of it on the Sealine S28). I've recommended the usual of adding more beer & wine to correct, and more seriously are looking at some lead shot to add to the port side. Off hand I don't know their battery layout/config. The galley has all the equipment on the starboard, so that won't help.
Anyone with experience of the T29 to say if this is normal and and recommended fixes? It's making the nice newly painted waterline look unbalanced!
Cheers, james
(worth noting the list was present last season (their first with the boat) but was hoped it'd correct itself once fully emptied of gear etc)
