TAMD 40 B

I have had all my cooling system removed and cleaned and now we are putting everything back together and can not figure out where or if an external expansion tank is connected to the coolant system. I have seen in a post that maybe the TAMD 40 B has a built in coolant expansion tank? This doesn’t seem to make any sense to me but I have very little experience with this stuff. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Try searching through the exploded views on this website. No need the any extra tank on the 40B as it has the larger heat exchanger to cope with the extra power the B series produces.
Some builder did fit a header tank in certain places so that it’s easier to check coolant levels for example in a cupboard , this is on boats where engine access is difficult due to built in furniture.
