Anybody know where Tally Ho is registered? I saw a Canadian courtesy flag in the latest video but no ensign. Also no port if registry on the transom.

I spotted a red ensign and a bit of Googling tells me it is UK registered:

BTW is it time for him to become Sir Leo? Looking at some of the high profile pillocks with Sir in front of their name, he could only add lustre.

Im one that has little time for money grabbing YouTubers BUT have never seen Tally Ho in the same light. Why cos he’s worked dam hard at and for it.

I recon he’ll take the most challenging and adventurous way back which will be the North west passage if it can be done that way.

I think the blog will continue to be successful for now.

It’s just remarkable that he had had no problems with this boat he’s just built from nothing. I hope some of his earlier team can return to sail on Tally Ho. Be great when she returns.

I reckoned the last video contained a few hints that he is either seriously considering or already planning the NW passage, not least the emphasis of the shakedown cruise on building up to remote/wild sailing and uncharted waters. Also - relatively speaking - higher latitude sailing (from a climatic point of view Haida Gwaii seems to have more in common with Norway or Sheltand/Faroe Isles than places at the same latitude on this side of the Atlantic). In some regards the coastlines he visited during his shakedown cruise were wilder than some people see in entire circumnavigations.

Yes, you could be right.

I am sure he mentioned the NW Passage years ago, though I may have read more into it than he intended.
