Just a heads up to any berth holders there or in the vicinity who aren't aware. 2 boats broken into last night on D pontoon. Both accessed via foredeck hatches apparently so might be worth double checking everything's locked up tightly.

How interesting , lots of break in and dinghies , outboard motors being stolen on the upper Hamble at the moment. It's got to the point now everything I have on my boat in locked inside. sea state of affairs, can only be accessed from the water I'd say as you have security there.

Used to be in the lead up to the Beaulieu Boat Jumble! My guess is they came up the river and attacked those near the hammerhead. We are on D Pontoon, but evidently we are OK. Mind, being one of the smaller boats on the pontoon, there is perhaps less attraction to the scumbags that did it.
