Surveyor Recommendations for Lymington

The survey broadly went well with only one issue that the owner is dealing with, plus of course the usual comments and advisories that you would expect. Simon assured me that he took the utmost care but as the paint was fairly new and soft it marked easily. For example, he tapes up his testing hammer so as not to leave mark or damage gel coats.
Anyhow, I am very keen to move forward and hopefully can take ownership soon, the owner is being very thorough and helpful with regard to the boat.

OK sounds good. Assuming all remains Ok and you buy the boat then you can fix any scrapes and marks ASAP.

From what I gather the hammer was not taped up .

The damage has probably all been repaired by Andrew now anyway but not a surveyor to recommend in my opinion.
