Any recommendations on a good surveyor of powerboats in the Southampton/Hamble area please.

You could try David Sutton BSC C Eng MRINA MIMarE who works from Kent, but does come down to the Hamble He is a consultant Naval Architect and Marine Surveyor. He did my valuation survey for me,and this was fine. However I have no experience of a purchase survey from him, but his thoroughness on the valuation survey is a good indicator.
