For those interested in this sort of thing:

Pulled into Cartagena this afternoon and motored alongside The Rising Sun ..... impressive, but I didnt think it such a big deal.

Anyway... it seems that it belongs to the CEO of Oracle, a Mr. Ellisson, is reported to be for sale at $200 million, (if it hasnt already been sold), is 452ft long, and has 85,000 sq.ft. of useable floor space. Apparently costs around $20 million a year to run.

It used to be the biggest superyacht, but there seems to be a competition amongst the superyacht buyers to have the biggest, so it's probably a bit down the list now.

He had it extended during build so that it would be the biggest only to be pipped at the post by the ?? (Saudi Prince's boat). So now he doesn't want it anymore. Abramovitz is currently building the biggest I believe.

I was told that some of these guys are getting boats like this as a security measure. It is easier to protect the owner when ancjhored off.
