Anone know what happened ? Subject of a navwarning yesterday pm occurred NE of NW Ryde Middle buoy.

Was that the one that those 7 folks were on and rescued from?

If it is that boat, I wonder if the cause of the sinking was a colliusion with the Ryde Middle buoy?

Unaware of thet too!

To sink in that area during Cowes week, with the rescue stuff that is about on the water, is serious IMHO.

Blimey! Interesting observation at the conclusion of the report. If its the same craft then maybe you are correct - they hit the buoy....... I'm sure the boat will get salvaged from its current position.

Yes if its the same incident.

i thought it occured yesterday afternoon as the Nav warning came my way mid/late afternoon so I assumed it was during the racing. Silly of me really!
