Whilst visiting my boat this morning I noticed a neighbouring boats canopy side windows had blown loose.
As this isn’t my home berth marina and the owner is not known to me I radioed the Marina office reporting the damage. They replied back saying they’ll come over to sort it on their rounds.
Fast forward 6 hours and still no sign of it being attended too. Called the Marina by phone this time and telling me that he can’t get hold of the owner and he will pop over to take a look. An hour later and still no show.
Not a very good service from a highly priced marina.

I didn’t feel comfortable going aboard myself especially as the boat didn’t have side decks and access was through the windscreen.

Please name the marina?

Good info for us all but the owner or someone who knows them, could be on here and still unawares so you might be doing a member here a great service by doing so.

Unless it's sufficiently windy to make walking the pontoons actually dangerous that's completely unacceptable, at a minimum they should be doing a walk round twice a day and securing anything loose.

I don’t think it was windy enough to prevent anyone using the pontoons. I was there from 10.30 to 6pm and did not see any attempt by staff to visit the boat.
It could have been worse had a boat broke free from its mooring.

Lazy gits, I'd be making a complaint. It's feasible these days that they might reply that CCTV means they don't have to patrol, but that's horse excreta.
