The RYA are trying to get the data from manufacturers for their data base, but so far with little sucess. Boats that were on sale before STIX came into force can continue to be sold under the old rules so you may not get a STIX although the RYA might be able to calculate from data supplied.
If you want the angle of vanishing stability for a fairly recent boat then look in the index of boat tests for PBO and YM, they do give an indication.
If the boat has been raced a lot offshore the RORC may well have a safety number for it which is very like STIX. If I remember correctly you need a number of at least 30 to do the Fastnet and SIGMA 33s came out at about 33, 36's and 362's at about 35 and 38's at a bit more than that.
