sticking to bare glass

How do you attach fixings like cable ties and hooks to rough interior fibreglass which cannot be drilled through ie the hull?
Sticky things don't seem to work.
Any suggestions appreciated. Sadly we are astonishingly inept at DIY.

Scrape some of the gunge off baby's bib and use that as glue ;-)

Try cleaning the surface and sanding it, then stick a suitable fitting or a wooden pad, down with a dab of resin. Since you will have to mix a small amount of resin and cataclyst, get all of the points you wish to do ready and then mix once. Apply the resin with a paint brush and then stick the fitting on. Leave it for at least 24 hours before you put any load on it, so the resin gets a chance to cure. Be careful with plastic fittings as not all are compatible with resin.

all the araldite i have bought in greece ,or most other glues never seem to work Give me a clue ? Cheers Bob T
