Don't suppose you would accept that it was the irish version (with an 'e') would you?........no didn't think you would!. However it's a bit rich to suggest that only motorboaters swear - have you not been in the middle of the pack jostling for position with 10 seconds to go at the start of a race. I've been on the committee boat at the start of a major race series, and I've heard nothing like the language used then from motorboaters. Still not for forums eh!
