Stern drive Trim

Hi,
I have an OMC Cobra Stern Drive and one of the rams that trim the unit seems to be leaking slightly. My question is, can the seals in the rams be renewed or do I need to source a second set ?

Thanks Rafkiti... I have phoned the company suggested and am searching for a year identifier on the sterndrive.
