Steering problem

Hello everybody
I have a Cranchi with 2 engine Volvo penta 4.3 Gi PEFS and I have a issues with steering. In one engine I check the steering pump and i don't see air but in other engine I can see smal bubbles of air in the atf and the pump want drain it. I already change this pump and feel a little bit better when I use the boat but the steering go like littles jumps yet.

Anybody know what could be? or what test I could make?

For some reason you have a pump on both engines.
Only one pump is used, the other is fitted but piped in a loop , most mercruiser twins are like this.
Do you have any other problem ?
