Hi All
I want fire up a Volvo AD41b after two years and been reading through generic diesel posts online and many recommend:
1. Rig a temporary fresh fuel line
2. Remove glow plugs so engine cranks easier
3. Squirt some MMO into the cylinders and let sit over night.
4. Crack the fuel lines at the injectors.
5. Next day, crank the engine until fuel leaks out line to injector union and all the oil is out of the cylinders.
6. Crank in bursts so you don't fry the starter.
7. Tighten fuel lines, install glow plugs.
What is the easiest way to do STEPS 2 & 3 on a AD41b (see attached image).
Are there are any other recommendations?
Thank you in advance.
