Spray Silicone Grease

Any recommendations? Particularly for my sliding roof tracks and garage door rams.

I got some from Halfords.

I got plenty from work and dodged Halfords huge profits and mark up.

I used a can for spraying the sliding window tracks in the wheelhouse.
It's OK but doesn't seem as effective as just using silicone grease from a tube, although it's easier to use.
