The North sea bit sort of gives a big clue, but wont be a problem for this boat.

is it a Sherman M51 Israeli Main Battle Tank.... the only thing I can find with a 460 Cummins... although just the one so I guess I may be on the wrong track..

...after realising that alas, it probably wasn't a Sherman tank I continued my random search and think I stumbled across a possibility...if correct I would be most impressed with your choice.... probably has a fair bit in common with the Sherman Tank

You may have found her, as a Hardy man, she would also apeal, I would just love a Hardy 42, just too rich for me....
She is being surveyed as we speak.

Assuming it is what I think it is, I now have her old engines in my boat which had only done 600 hours and were/are in excellent condition. I was told about the owner who just threw a vast amount of money at because he could rather than the boat needing it! Very jealous! Hope the transaction goes smoothly.

Yup, Hardy 42 v nice. But if I am on the right track what you have your eyes on will do anything a Hardy 42 will do, still looks really superb and for a few pennies less.
