Spinnaker Pole Suppliers

Can anyone reccomend a spinnaker pole supplier, either made up or parts? I need a 2.4m 50mm dia pole for my Beneteau 211. Any tips would be welcome.

Any mast supplier.

If cost is a consideration, try Z-Spars for a quote. Alternatively, a lot of the on-line chandlers sell them in kit form.

I made up excatly this using 50mm aluminium tubing and some dinghy spinnaker pole ends made by Holt-Allen. I happened to have the tubing - it was an old junior windsurfer mast - but it should be available pretty easily from metal suppliers (Yellow Pages?). The pole ends were Holt Allen part number HA4331. Cost approx £25 each. Works a treat. I use it for poling out a cruising chute.

Check with an expert from your spar manufacturer.

My Selden mast apparently snaps the ends off poles made by other manufacturers for some reason.
