Anyone used the restaurant since it changed hands?

Yes last Thursday evening. It was quitet.

I found it OK because I was alone and only wanted a reasonable priced dinner and not posh nosh.

They have now added a couple of cheaper items. The previous owner only had more expensive meals in the evening, which was fine. But if you only want a quick meal there was no where else to go.

i rather suspect that you write an " eating out " column for some south coast newspaper.

We gave the place a wide berth when we were there late August - Far too pricey for what was being offered. We were made very welcome in the sailing club and had amazing views of the harbour and great entertainment watching everyone inch their way up the drying chanel into the marina

Nice to hear a change of management to the place. Good luck to the owner, they only need ask a few berth holders about whats best for the place and the business should do very well!
