Spare key for a Yanmar 1GM10 ?

Can anyone tell me where I can get a spare engine start key for my Yanmar 1GM10 diesel engine on my Sadler 25 yacht? It is the push button type with the A version panel ? Engine is about 10 years old.

My mate had to buy a new ignition switch for his 1GM10 panel ..... he was really pee'd off cus he had just had two new keys cut (at the local cobblers) before the switch broke .... turns out the old keys fit the new lock ..... so their is a good chance Bobs key will fit?

when i said old one i meant the engine on the old boat - i've sold the boat so i don't need the spare key.......

I would have thought that any locksmith would have a suitable blank, if not then one similar that can be fettled.
We had spare keys made for our 7 yr old 3GM last year by a guy in a booth outside a supermarket.

Hi Bob > sent you a pm. For everybodys information I tried two places to have a copy of my existing one cut but neither could / would do the job. Thanks for the advice though.

Any key of similar size works, i use my old garage key on mine.

We got a new key last year as a spare, the guy who ordered http://www.marineparts.ie/category/Engine-Parts/75.html said that yammar has only two types of keys. Sent a scanned pic of the key and vola he had it within a few days. Two keys are in the pack. We ordered 2 keys so he may one set still in stock if its the right one. I could not get one cut either.
