Why bless my old socks... I took my launch down and spent the day on your mooring, in case you have forgotten I was with you, we drank, made merry and you got into trouble with your SWMBO.
Thanks !!!! very enjoyable day /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Ocean Eagle spotted at Kingston... Sunday afternoon!

Imagine my surprise - coming up from Teddington and what do I see on our port side? Ocean Eagle, Jersey! Could she be the famous...? But I thought Byron had flogged 'er! Ah - if it's he, he'll be flying his mobochat burgee - but no burgee! Ah - it must be the new owners... or what if it's been nicked? Better go and either congratulate or rumble the guys on board!

Well - they know u... which I'm not sure helps me decide! ;-) But hey - they seem friendly enough! Did u tell 'em about all of us lot here? and where's she off to?

Evidently they've had plenty of stick all the way down river from Lockies and Yotties. Initially she's off to Denton Wharf near Gravesend, from there she's going to Chatham Marina.
The new owner is a very sociable guy. He is aware of this forum but until he wipes his H.D. clean to get rid of AOL and installs a proper ISP he will not be coming in.
