do u mean, u r considering buying a property in Spain and then renting it out to pay for it. If so it is what i do. I have the advantage of living in an apartment under my house. So i can keep an eye on things. The agents who sell u the house will blurb yo about 40 weeks rental a year. Budjet for 8 to 10 in the first year. you will be lucky to get that. If u go to a letting agency the will promise you more. I have been doing it now for 3 years and i get a lot of recomendations and returns. But since the end of the season, sept, i decided to rent long term as i am fed up with the hassle with cleaners etc. My long termers are model renters. My neighbours long termers have not paid him in 6 months.......
nofin cums easy.... good luck
Who is going to rent a rusty, damp old catamaroon from you? Hasnt even got a good passaerelle like mine! Not a chance mate, I'll dob you in and put up a notice in the fastnet, you've got no chance pal!
The intention was to maybe buy a couple of properties to rent out for an income. This we used to do on south lochness side until last august when we sold them. We were doing very well there, but we had a good letting agent. 35 to 40+ was the avereage.
Yoom a cheeky young bu**er, with your woodworm filled old boat. We dont need a rickety old passarelle cos we are closer to the pontoon. Reason is Colin, we have just moved to Madras for 1 or 2 wells and now have a letter of intent for 2 years work in Malaysia Timor!!! Thats a 14 hour direct flight from S'pore to Paris and I do not fancy that at all.
You are obviously back at work as you are on here so much!!!!
Left home 0930 last friday got to work yesterday afternoon at 1500. See why it is not too inviting????
