Spanish Gasoil A and B

I have been putting together the plan for a cruise next summer to the Rias in Nth Spain. The pilot references the 2 types of Gasoil, one being taxed the other not. It seems that many of the harbours along that coast only have, Red tax free, but as the pilot makes apoint of quoting its existance does anyone have experience of obtaining tax free?

Pleasure boats cannot buy tax free red diesel in Spain, buut of course the road deisel you will buy is very much cheaper than UK, Camarinas in Nothern spain, the yacht club will arrange for a little tanker to come along and re-fuel you.
