Its a few years since I visited the show but I was expecting to go this year.

I see from the website that entry is £10.50 for adults.

Isn't that a bit steep for what is largely an opportunity for manufacturers and distributors to sell us things?

That's nothing, you should see what you have to pay to get into the Lunnon one, or even the Jumble Sale at Beaulieu. Maybe these places should offer you your money back if you spend over, say £50. (i.e the cost of a lunch and a pint of Guinness).

Don't forget that a large portion of what you pay on admission and "over the counters" goes to Gordon Brown, either directly or indirectly, by his "stealth taxes"!
