Source for s/s U channel (for 10mm washboards)?

I'm trying to find stainless U channel to be used as guides for 10mm polycarbonate washboards.

No luck so far online - can anyone recommend a source of stainless channel in this size?

I got some aluminium channel in homebase at Fareham

How about getting the 8mm internal and routing both sides of the top edge of the ply to give a flush finish. More work but very stylish!

They call it edge moulding so maybe do a search on ss edge moulding also

Thanks for the replies guys.

Duncan's & Lady in Bed's suggestions are 10mm OD, but the actual slot seems to be 8mm.

I'm thinking it might be easier to get 8mm poly since this size channel is easily found.

Although I described them as washboards in the post, the actual function is a board to prevent my Spaniels disappearing out of the stern (with suitable gap at the base for water exit).



I guess the narrower width (than an actual washboard) should mean 8mm will be sufficient?
