You might as well say that all of Britain behaves like Scousers because you spent some time in Liverpool. As MapisM explains perfectly.Having lived in Sicily for a year, I would say its more of an observation.

Perhaps people in Sicily take comfort from the fact that they have only 68 cases of infection per 100,000 people and live in a large area, and so they're relaxing a bit (for the purposes of comparison, the UK is currently running at 380 per 100,000).Talking for Sicily Licata , the people have been very well behaved , I believe most have obeyed the rules ,
Until the last rules on the 8th since then it's been like nothing had happen , free for all
Just to put my previous post in perspective, I didn't mean that in Sicily nobody follow the rules and anywhere else in Italy everybody do, far from that.Talking for Sicily Licata , the people have been very well behaved , I believe most have obeyed the rules ,

Update from yesterday, specific for Sicily (Nello Musumeci is the head of the Sicilian regional government): Covid, 29 nuovi contagi in Sicilia
Sicilian residents returning from Greece, Malta or Spain must remain quarantined at home for two weeks and then undergo a test. Non-residents must register on siciliasicura.com and report health status on the day of arrival on this website (not the optional phone app).
The siciliasicura.com website, similar to the Greek passenger location form, has no option for arrival by private yacht, only "Ship", which presumably means ferry or cruise ship.
Could get interesting for those of us wanting to return to Sicily for winter!
