Some familiar sights?

Got to say Pete the production qualities of your videos are terrific. As someone who has played around sticking footage together albeit in a fairly amateurish way your production qualities are terrific. The Red line for the track was particularly nifty.

Thank you! The red line was a bit of fiddle and took more time than the rest of the editing put together...

Interested you went via Barrow Deep. I always go Wallet / Spitway / Swin but then I'm always planning to carry the flood into the East Swale and I don't draw a lot. Any special reason why you went that particular way e.g. depth over the Spitway?

I'm really back in the mood to go sailing now, and enough of our wonderful sky to make RumPirate jealous.

I wonder what that paper charty thing was that you seem to be navigating by?

I saw that, and also thought they would have been at the Spitway close to LW, on a falling tide. They must have wanted to be sure of a whole flood tide up to Chatham.

Hi Cantata,

Unfortunately I wasn't on board, so I'm not sure of the exact routing decisions... Our skipper is a VERY experienced sailor and has spent a lot of time sailing on the East Coast - so there was probably a good reason for his choice!
