Sadly missed you yesterday Mrs SC at the Diablo stand but had a tasty snack and based on you previous post duly parted with £17 so just need to try on board. Also picked up another Turtle mat which might be just the thing for on board .

We have a couple of crew members who are a little height challenged, we found a flat solid fender was very comfortable, the right height and doubled up as a superb roving fender

I thoroughly disapprove of using turtles to make mats out of. They are all God's creatures after all...
And what's wrong with making soup out of them anyway. Much better!

MonniotC - funny you should mention soup - just bought a soup maker (Wonders if there are turtles on Southampton Water?)

Going sailing this afternoon - hoping to sail past the Boat Show and take photos from the water. Also will be wearing my new Regatta fleece and waterproof coat from Lidl Though I will leave the new soup maker at home. SolentClown doesn't like soup much but I think a flask of homemade soup on a winter sail is going to go down a treat!
